to google search the words “young”, “Italian”, and “boy” without:
- incurring the pedo patrol
- getting autocorrected (hot Italian boy? Italian male model?)
- Jersey Shore

Try searching “italian kid”? Sounds less pedo than boy, and you should get something close to what you’re looking for. Also, maybe check out flickr’s italian section (there’s a way to specify the location a picture was taken in)
